Frank is a successful serial entrepreneur, investor and executive coach with 20 years of experience, and a long-term member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) and Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He received his Master’s degree in electrical engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich, where he also co-founded his first venture, a student run Juniors Enterprise named ETH Juniors. After graduating he started his second company Tempobrain AG, a swiss based innovative HR company which he built over 16 years from 3 to 600 employees and sold subsequently to a competitor. Following his exit from Tempobrain, Frank spent some time in the family office area to then enter the crypto space in 2017, first with his own startup and then with flovtec as a coach and consultant. In June 2021 he was elected as Chairman of the flovtec BoD.

Daniel Diemer is Co-Founder of SNGLR Capital, an early-stage exponential tech VC firm, CEO of SNGLR Digital, a strategic metaverse advisory firm, as well as former Partner and MD Switzerland for Strategy& and PwC's Head of Blockchain EMEA. He also holds a Dr. oec. HSG in economics from University of St. Gallen and an EP at Singularity U.

Berthold Baurek-Karlic is the founder and managing director of Venionaire Capital, which specializes in M&A and venture capital. The Venionaire Group also includes the investment company MOTEC VENTURES (motec.vc) and the software provider DEALMATRIX (dealmatrix.com). He is also founder and secretary general of the Business Angel Institute (businessangelinstitute.org), board member of the European Super Angels Club (superangels.club), expert partner of various accelerators and consultants of various venture funds, and board member of the Austrian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (avco.at), as well as external consultant in the EU programs Horizon2020 (today Horizon Europe) and Innovation Radar.
